My name is Anggie Bonaccorso, I am an Online Coach and a qualified Personal Trainer! My goal is to make others feel and experience fitness in a fun and exciting way, giving people the confidence to take control of their lives and meet their goals while keeping it real, and doing the right things to build consistency and discipline. Fitness is all about discipline and commitment, it is about facing a tough challenge and telling yourself that you CAN and will overcome it.

Online coaching is an amazing tool to stay accountable and motivated. Most of us hit a certain point in life where we feel like we need to change. Change is what makes us grow, right? I am here to give you ALL the tools you need to start your journey because I know how important it is to have someone there for you to support you! Fitness is much more than working towards your dream physique, it is about getting more disciplined and getting used to pushing and challenging yourself on a daily basis.
